The MARTIN T27 is a premium spindle moulder engineered for professionals demanding precision, versatility and repeatability. Built in Germany by MARTIN, the T27 series includes both the fixed-spindle “Fix” version and the tilting arbor “FleX” version (± 46° tilt range) to suit advanced profile work.

Tilt versatility (FleX version)
The T27 FleX features a large tilting range of 2 × 46°, enabling complex angled mouldings and multi-facet profile work.
This means you can switch from standard vertical machining to angled work without major tooling or machine changes.

 

Advanced electrics & control
The machine offers a modern touchscreen interface and motorised (or digital) axes for set-up efficiency.
For example: the electrically adjustable eccentric ring inserts allow fine-gap adjustment between tool and table without having to change fixed rings manually.

 

Quick-change tooling & system flexibility
Options include the HSK clamping system for the cutter arbor (ideal for users changing tool/arbor units frequently).
This allows CNC machining-centre tooling to be used directly on the spindle moulder, relieving the machine from tasks better suited to traversing centres.
