Basically New! ML 350 FILTER UNITS The filter units (2off) will consist of three casings, one mounted above the other manufactured from 1.6mm thick galvanised mild steel sheet. The three casings will be welded together and mounted above 2 off 4ft³ bins giving a collection capacity of 8ft per unit. The bins will be fitted with a bin-balancing system which will allow plastic bags to be used in the bins for ease of disposal of the waste. Filter top sections encloses a series of Terylene needlefelt envelope filters providing 30m² of filter area. The filters are held in place at the bottom with an RSA frame, which is located within the unit lower section. The filters are suspended from to a frame shaker frame located at the top of the unit. Filter cleaning is achieved by an eccentric cam, which induces a short linear motion of the shaker frame thus dislodging the waste from the filter bags. The shaker cam assemblies are linked to a0.5h.p. 6 pole totally enclosed fan cooled motors suitable for connection to 415V 3ph 50Hz supply. The filter units will be fitted with FIKE ATEX explosion relief panels complete with vertical deflector plates. In the event of an explosion occurring within the filter units, the panels would rupture therefore venting the explosion to atmosphere. CONTROL PANEL A fully automatic control panel will be supplied loose with the filter units for installation by others. The panel will incorporate main fan contactor and overload, filter shaker motor contractors and timers to ensure that the filters are automatically cleaned each time the system is shut down. The panel will be complete with run/trip lamps, fuses, mains isolator and emergency stop button.
